Become a Team Member

Hello Sitters!
We're always searching for the best child care providers to become part of Team Wineland Nannies! We sadly can't accept everyone as we have very strict standards.

To become part of our amazing team you must first meet our minimum requirements:

Must be over 21 years of age and legally allowed to work in the South Africa
Must have at least 2-5 years of professional experience working with children
Must have outstanding references who can verify your employment history
Must have graduated high school (a college education / university degree is highly favoured)
Must communicate clearly and effectively in English and or Afrikaans (spoken and written)
Must have current First Aid and CPR certifications
Must have current Police Clearance Certificate
Must have a clean driver’s licence and reliable car / transport
Be willing to wear our company uniform

All applicants must complete an application form. You should demonstrate that you have the skills and experience our members are looking for before we will consider moving forward with an in-person interview.

AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT

The relationship between you and Wineland Nannies is referred to as "employment at will." This means that your employment can be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause, with or without notice, by you or Wineland Nannies. No representative of Wineland Nannies has authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing "employment at will" relationship. You understand that your employment is "at will," and that you acknowledge that no oral or written statements or representations regarding your employment can alter your at- will employment status, except for a written statement signed by you and our Managing Director.
